It's very common for manufacturers to embellish the setup they have so I would try to trace that line to ensure that it's actually running to your battery bank and whether or not there's a controller inside of your trailer to accept and manage the charge from the panels.

The Zamp connector on your trailer is an SAE solar plug, which you can find with the Go Power Portable Solar Panel with Digital Solar Controller # 34282610. This is a 200 watt panel that will provide up to 11.43 amps to help recharge your trailer's battery.

This would not be enough to really boondock, but would definitely help and would compliment permanent mounted panels on the roof of your trailer.
