According to my research it does look like the 2022 and 2023 Nissan Sentra S models use the same tail lights so you should be just fine using following T-One harness for your 2023 Sentra:
- Tekonsha T-One Wiring Harness # 118582
I also recommend picking up mounting brackets # 18144 and # 18140 to secure the wiring connector near your hitch receiver.
