The highest capacity hitch available for your 2023 Gladiator is the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C74DR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Jeep with included hardware. It fits both the Rubicon models and standard models.
The Curt Trailer Hitch item # C74DR has a 7,500 lbs towing capacity and a 750 lbs maximum tongue weight which can be increased to 8,000 lbs and 800 lbs when used with a weight distribution system.
It sounds like you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C56407 and item # ETBC7 for a 7-way and a ball mount kit item # C45534.
