How to Choose Replacement RV Lock for 2021 Thor Motor Coach Chateau 28Z

Question:

How should I pick the size of the rv lock. I have a 2021 Thor Motor Coach Chateau 28Z. The entrance door lock in the middle of the RV lost both keys. But I dont know what size I need to pick to replace it for both locks on the same door with the same key

To replace your RV entry door lock you'll need to first remove it and look at the measurements for the cutout. Once you know this you can choose a replacement, like the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit # 295-000019 which fits cutouts that are 2-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" tall to 3" wide x 4" tall.

If you have a different cutout size you'll need to let me know what it measures so I can look for a replacement that fits. If the door is locked and that's the problem then you either need to get a replacement key or you'll need to have a locksmith come out and unlock it for you.
