Is There a Wheel Mount Bike Rack for E-Bikes with Fenders

Question:
I’m a long time happy customer of Etrailer. A suggestion: When you show ads for e-bike hitches, please sort the hitches by what works with bike fenders/ rakes and which do not. It will making searching for appropriate bike rakes much easier. ??

As a general rule, most bike racks which hold the bikes by the frame will work with bikes that have fenders whereas most bike racks which hold the bikes by the wheels will not work with bikes that have fenders.
This is a wheel mount rack meaning it holds the bikes by the wheels but it also compatible with bikes that have fenders due to the additional wheel strap on the bottom. It's also e-bike rated with a 60 lb per bike weight capacity.
