Yes, the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM46VR is a compatible fit for your 2023 Chevy Trailblazer RS. To go along with it you'll also need a tow bar, diode wiring kit, braking system, and safety cables. If you haven't already gotten these items then I have the following recommendations:

Tow Bar: etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar # e74ZR. This tow bar comes with safety cables included so you won't have to purchase them separately. The head and shank both are adjustable to help keep the tow bar level between the motorhome and Trailblazer.

Diode Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This kit will come with everything you need to properly display your motorhome's traffic signals through the tail lights on your Trailblazer.

The battery will need to be disconnected in order to flat tow your Trailblazer, if you want it to be as easy as pressing a button then I recommend installing the Roadmaster Battery Disconnect with Switch # RM-766.

Braking System: Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System # HM39524. This portable system only takes a couple of minutes to setup and comes with a remote that will allow you to see when the brakes are being activated and adjust your brake sensitivity while on the go. It also includes a vehicle-side charge line to help keep your Trailblazer's battery charged while you tow.
