Can Spring Latch F784-102Z Be Used On Both Left and Right Side of Trailer?

Nope. The Spring Latch # F784-102Z you were looking at is not designed for either side, you just rotate it one way for being on the right side, and flip it 180 degrees to use it on the left side.
