Do either of these two hitches with removable receivers require the use of a stabilizer strap with non-trailered loads like a Kuat NV bike rack? DrawTite Hidden Hitch DT38GR Stealth 391SUOB15

The Draw-Tite Hidden Hitch and Stealth Hitches fits for your 2015 Subaru Outback Wagon will allow you to carry the Kuat NV 2.0 bike rack WITHOUT a stabilizing strap.

I recommend using the Draw-Tite Hidden Hitch because I like the way the receiver connects to the crossbeam better, plus if you ever want to tow in the future you can use a standard ball mount as opposed to getting the specialty ball mount from Stealth Hitches which may or may not end up being the right height anyways.
