Can I install this to my Yakima HD bars? Specifically can I affix this into the HD bar via the t-slot channel?

Since the Swagman Impakt Bike Rack # S62FR is meant to be used with the Swagman Patrol 2 Bike Rack for Truck Beds # S64701 which is basically a single crossbar with a t-track, you could use it with your Yakima HD Crossbars # Y01159.
This rack can support bikes up to 45-lbs, and will work with bikes that have 9-mm x 100-mm quick-release skewers and 12-mm x 100 mm or 15-mm x 110-mm thru-axle forks.
