It sounds like you might be looking for a Blue Ox Base Plate Kit for a 2004 Honda CR-V and if that's the case we have just what you need in the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit part # BX2232 which will work great with a tow bar like the Blue Ox Ascent Non-Binding Tow Bar part # BX4370. In order to complete your setup you'll just need a few other items like the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit part # RM-15267 and Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System part # HM39524. You'll also need to pull some fuses before towing so be sure to look this over in your owner's manual.
Please note, a 2011 Toyota Prius is not flat-towable and will need to be placed on a tow dolly for transit.
