The part you referenced, # KS70104T from K-Source, is a replacement driver-side mirror for the Tundra. This mirror has heat, power adjustment and turn signal functions. We also offer a matching passenger side mirror, part # KS70103T, as well as the two mirrors as a set, part # KS70103-04T, which offers some cost savings.

Please note that the heat, power and turn signal functions must be already present on your vehicle in order to use these functions on the K-Source mirrors. You cannot add new functions to the vehicle just by changing the mirrors.

I was able to find through an internet search a video showing installation of a replacement mirror on a Tundra. You can use the same search terms that I used to find it: replacing mirror on 2012 Tundra.

This video shows the tools needed and steps required: removal of the door trim components, the triangular trim panel near the mirror mount and the door trim panel itself. Once the door trim panel is removed you will have access to the three mirror mounting fasteners and the electrical connector. After installing the new mirror you will just reverse these steps to complete the process.
