I have a 2023 Subaru crosstrek with cross bars. Will this bag work with the cross bars?

Yes, since the Rhino-Rack Rooftop Cargo Bag # RRLB200 will uses straps to secure excluseively to a roof basket like # RMCB02, so you will need to add-one to the roof of your 2023 Subaru Crosstrek to get this to work properly.
