We operate a food trailer with 3/90000 btu 40lbs propane fryers and a stove. Will part # 108220 operate them also? And do you recommend a specific size propane tank? Thanks

Yes, the MB Sturgis Vertical 2-Stage Propane Regulator # 108220 will work just fine with your 3 90,000 Btu fryers/stove.

This regulator is capable of handling up to 400,000 Btu per hour which is plenty for what you have. As far as determine what size propane tank you need, you are going to need to first calculate your usage and then choose based off of those calculations.

To do this you are going to need to add up all the Btu ratings for all of the appliances you're using and then divide by the Btu rating of the propane tank.

- A 20-lb. propane tank has a BTU capacity of 430,270,

- A 30-lb. propane tank has a BTU capacity of 649,980,

-A 40-lb. propane tank has a BTU capacity of 860,542,
