Yep, your Jeep Wrangler can absolutely use both the Hopkins Plug-In Simple Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # HM42635 and Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # HM56200.
The two will plug in-line with each other so you'd install the # HM42635 first followed by the # HM56200.
