Do Front Hitches For 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTD Require Trimming Air Dam

I have a 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500. Do you have a front hitch that does not require modification to the front air dam or other pieces of the front fascia? Thanks

The front hitch that fits your 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTD does require trimming the front air dam; the correct part number for the hitch is the Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # C31088.

Having said that, we have had feedback from a couple customers that said they did not have to trim their air dam, but I can't 100 percent tell you that the same will apply for you, so I'd plan on having to trim your air dam.

Please keep in mind it does NOT fit models with 2.7L turbo or 3.0L diesel engines.
