The Camco Travel Toilet - 5.3 Gallon # CAM41545 doesn't come with any kind of tank indicator so you'd be stuck lifting the toilet up and seeing how full it feels based on weight.
If you'd like a portable toilet that does come with a tank level indicator then I recommend going with the Dometic 5 Gallon # DOM44FR or 2.6 Gallon # DOM34FR portable toilets which have an indicator right on the front.
