Expert Reply:
The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2153 are confirmed to fit the 2003 Ford E-450 cutaway chassis under your 2003 Bigfoot 29G motorhome. You will need to confirm you have 8" of space from your frame to the inside of the inner tire to ensure it will not have any clearance issues.
The Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000 will allow you to control the air pressure in the springs from either the included remote or from your smartphone using the Air Lift app. This also has a smart manifold allowing you to not have to monitor the air pressure while you drive. It will keep the air pressure in each bag to within 3psi of your settings while you drive.
