I have a queen mattress 59x79 x10. When slide out for bed comes in its up against a dresser. How true are the measurements?

The etrailer eDream Deluxe RV Mattress # e84FR per the manufacturer measures 75" long x 60" wide x 13" tall. That said, there will be some variances here as it's a mattress without hard points to measure from so you can expect some slight differences in overall dimensions. This is known as a short queen mattress but there is also a regular queen, the etrailer eDream Deluxe RV Mattress # e24FR which measures 80" long x 60" wide x 13" tall.
