Can i change my h7 55w halogen bulb for 100w LED bulb? does it cause any damage?

There are no 100 watt LED bulbs for your 2014 VW Golf because LED bulbs draw much less power. So while you can't replace your H7 55 watt incandescent bulbs with 100 watt LED bulbs because they aren't available, you can replace your bulbs with LEDs.
