Does the Multi-Purpose Access Door Come with a Lock

Is there a keyed lock youd recommend adding to this door? or another keyed door that would fit well in its existing place?

The Multi-Purpose Access Door part # SE98VR does not have a lock nor is it offered with one available. That said, I'm sure you could modify and add a lock such as the Camco Cam Lock part # CAM44293 for security. I will be honest with you though, it's a plastic door so if anyone really wanted to get what was inside it would not be very difficult.
