Hi, I want to move this roof rack from my old 2006 Honda CRV to the other old 2010 CRV. Which tool do I need for this step? Ive attached pictures and thank you for your help.

The correct Round CrossBars for Yakima Roof Rack System for a 2010 Honda CR-V consists of part # Y00408, part # Y53TR, part # Y03536, and part # Y00228.
It looks like you already have the crossbars but everything else would need to be replaced (part # Y53TR, part # Y03536, part # Y00228). The design of the mounting feet has changed so you will need to update yours to the new style. The mounting feet come with a tool you can use to remove the old and install the new.
