The Optronics Replacement Amber Trailer Light Lens # A36AB that you referenced measures 2-3/4-inches by 2-inches overall. These and several other measurements are indicated on the attached photo.
The lens is 1/4-inch thick at the two mounting points; it is concave at the back except for the two mounting hole positions.
This lens is intended as a replacement for the original lens on Optronics Side Marker Light # MC36AB.
