what is the difference between a lift cly and an angle cly for a snow plow. I need #3371304203 to use as an angle cly. is this OK tx

The parts are different and cannot be interchanged; an angled cylinder simply angles the blade, while the lift cylinder like # 3371304203 you mentioned will raise it vertically.
The part you mentioned is for a Western Hydraulic snow plow, and for an angled cylinder we have the Replacement Angle Cylinder for Western Hydraulic Snow Plow - 10" Stroke - Single Acting # 3371304202 which is equivalent to to Western part number 56614.
