It sounds like you are looking for the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Handle with Lock # PAL5400 for your 2015 Toyota Tacoma. This uses the BOLT technology to allow you to key the lock to the same key as your ignition. It is not reprogrammable so its can only be used with the one key when it is programmed. We do have the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock Conversion Kit # PAL8525 which will allow you to combine the tailgate handle with any power locks you may also have.
