Can Pop & Lock Handle PL6250 be Painted

I have the PL8600 and plan to add the PL6250 locking handle. I would like to paint the Pop and Lock PL6250 handle to match the factory color White Diamond Pearl of my Ridgeline. Can the PL6250 be successfully painted?
