Yes we do have snow cables that fit the tire size of 225/50-18 that you have on your 2021 BMW X1 with the part # TC339DC. These are great for one time use or to have as an emergency, but if you wanted something with similar clearance that will last a very long time, provide better traction, and installs in a matter of seconds you'd instead want the Konig Easy Fit Chains part # TH04115104 which are also a fit for your tire size.
