Question:
I have a 2023 Chevy Equinox. It has the raised rails on top of the roof. I would like to add a set of crossbars to mount my bike rack. Is there a set that will attach to the rails without drilling? I want a set that doesn't stick out the side if possible.

Yes, there is a set of crossbars that will attach to the rails of your 2023 Chevy Equinox. You will want the Rhino-Rack Vortex StealthBar Roof Rack item # JA7975.
These crossbars mount directly to the side rails and have more than enough capacity for a bike rack. They have a flush design which means the crossbars do not extend past your side rails. This also gives them as low of a profile as you can get, which helps with noise and gas mileage.
This StealthBar Roof Rack has a 165 lbs capacity. It has built in locks that will prevent theft. The rubberized vortex strips in the top channels dramatically reduce drag and wind noise. These crossbars are fully adjustable up and down the length of you rails so you will have no issues mounting your bike rack.
I have attached a couple of pictures below so you can see what this system will look like when installed.
