The best option for 3 electric bikes is the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 4 Fat Bikes # HR1400Z-FB which can handle up to 50 lb bikes with 5" wide tires and a 60" max wheelbase. For step-thru bikes you'll need to use an adapter bar like part # 64005 so the hooks have something to connect to.

If you're bikes are foldable then you might try folding one up and storing it in the back of your vehicle and then using a rack like the 2-bike RV Rider # HLY64FR which can handle up to 80 lb bikes with 5" wide tires or the 2-bike Yakima OnRamp # Y36FR which can handle up to 66 lb bikes with 3.25" wide tires. The OnRamp comes with a storable ramp to help make loading the heavy bikes easier.
