Does Edge Programmer # EP15051 for Ford Triton V8 Have to be Reprogrammed at Factory
Updated 12/26/2013 | Published 12/22/2013 >
Question:
I bought a used Edge Programmer and it was not set back to the factory settings on the previous vehicle. Is there anyway that I can reprogram this unit with out sending it back to the company and having to be out more money?

You will need to return the used Edge programmer to the factory in order to use it on a new vehicle. The old vehicle's original tune will still be stored in the unit. If your truck is a compatible model (there are many) this programmer can then be used.
