I have a solution for you but the Reese Elite Series Under-Bed Gooseneck Complete Hitch, Item # RP30158-68 uses the same pattern as the Ford factory puck system. The correct B&W hitch will be the B&W Companion item # BWRVK3300 for a fixed hitch and a long bed or item # BWRVK3370 for a slider hitch if you have a short bed and need the extra turning clearance.
If you already have the head and just need to replace the base you will want the item # BWRVB3300 for the fixed base and item # BWRVB3370 for the slider base.
The Chevy/GMC OEM Puck pattern is different so nothing that fits a Chevy or Ram will work with the Reese Elite.
