Will the underbed rail system fit the new 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE 4WD 6.5 ft bedstandard box?

The underbed rail system we have for your 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 with a 6-1/2' bed is the B&W Gooseneck Hitch # BWGNRK1019-5W which you would then pair with the Companion Sliding 5th Wheel Hitch # BWRVK3400-5W.
If you're wanting more of a standard kit then you need the Curt Custom Installation Kit # C65KR but this is an above-bed system. At this time a kit like the Under-Bed Rail Kit # RP30868 doesn't exist for your truck. If you want an above-bed kit then the hitch I recommend is the Curt A16 # C16521 because of the interlocking jaws and fully articulating torsion head that gives you a nice, smooth ride quality.
Since your truck didn't come with the 5th wheel tow package I also recommend picking up the Curt In-Bed Wiring Kit # C56000 to make connecting and disconnecting your trailer wiring much easier.
