I have a 2015 Toyota Prius that I use for work. I am looking for a roof rack that i can put a ladder on it and lock it secure please advise what do you have

Since you are using it for work I highly recommend going with square crossbars for the most space and ease of use. The rack that fits your 2015 Toyota Prius is from Thule, and consists of the following parts:
- Thule SquareBar Evo Crossbars # TH712400
- Evo Clamp Feet for Thule Crossbars # TH710501
- Fit Kit # TH145001
Then to secure the ladder you can use whatever tie-downs you like such as the Thule # TH523 attached to the Thule Load Stops # TH503.
