Question:
Is this a good fit for my 2010 F-450? I haven't messed with air bags before so not quite sure what to look for.

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers # AL88347 are a great option for your 2010 Ford F-450 Super Duty! These will help with up to 5,000 lbs of weight on your suspension (although it don't increase your weight rating) and the internal jounce bumpers help ensure the air bags don't get pinched when you run them at the bare minimum 5 psi rating.
I also recommend picking up an air compressor kit so you can monitor and adjust the pressure in your air bags on the fly. The Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System # AL25980 is a solid choice for you as it has a covered compressor and is a single path so your air bags will be at the same rating for a nice, level load.
