Hi, Im trying to find the best place to locate the compressor. I have a 2013 RAM 1500 crew cab . Any suggestions?

There should be room on the inboard side of the drivers side frame rail under the cab to mount the Air Lift Load Controller Compressor, # AL25850. We have not had a chance to install this compressor on a 2013 Ram 1500 yet, but we have installed the Firestone Level Command II Compressor, # F2158, on a 2012 Ram 1500. I attached the installation video for you to check out.

I know Dodge made a few frame modifications on the 2013 models, but there should be room on the frame rail to mount the compressor. I recommend mounting it on the inboard side of the frame rail if possible for added protection.

The Load Controller Compressor comes with a surface mount style gauge, so there are a number of locations where you can mount the gauge. A popular location is on the drivers side dash. It could also be mounted on the bottom side of the dash or even in the glove box if you want a more concealed look.
