The first thing you are going to need is a roof rack that has crossbars that run from left to right. For that I would recommend you get the Rhino-Rack roof rack # RRVA126B-2, # RRRLKVA with clamp kit # DK298.
The Inno Gravity Ski and Snowboard Carrier # INA951 that you referenced is designed to fit square bars that have a range of 24-30 inches apart so the carrier will be compatible with this roof rack.
This carrier can also carry up to 6 pairs of skis so it should have plenty of ski capacity.
The last thing you will want to do is check the owners manual of your Charger to determine what the roof capacity is for your vehicle and be sure not to exceed this figure.
