Can T-Connector and Hopkins Wiring Be Installed In Bumper of 2022 Toyota Tacoma

I have a 2022 Toyota Tacoma, trying to install wiring for trailer. I see that in your video, you install part #HM11141144 on 2020 Toyota Tacoma. It states that the part is used with part number 118685, a T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness. Can I do this with the Curt for my 2022 Toyota Tacoma. I’m wanting to use it with #HM1141144 in the same way illustrated in video. I’m assuming the cutout on the bumper is standard for both model years. Is there any reason this wouldn’t work for my application? Thanks for guidance.

You can definitely use the Curt T-Connector Wiring Kit # C56349 along with the Hopkins Multi-Tow 7-Way Blade and 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector # HM11141144 on your 2022 Toyota Tacoma just like what we did with the 2020 model year (which I've linked to this answer page).
Hopkins only lists their wiring for certain GM pickups since it's basically an OEM replacement but it will work for other applications as well, especially if you have that same type of cutout in the bumper of your Tacoma.
