We live in Central Ohio in a rural area with lots of winter wind with no barriers. Which unit would you recommend and does it cover wheels too?

The cover I recommend for a 2021 Keystone Cougar Fifth Wheel 368MBI is the Camco UltraGuard 5th Wheel Cover part # CAM45759. This cover has triple layer top panel which will help reduce snow accumulation on top of the cover and help it run off when it melts. It also has integrated self-adjusting hold-down straps which prevent the cover from flapping in windy conditions. It also has zippered panels for entry.
The cover does not cover the wheels however but that's the case for most if not all storage covers. In order to cover the wheels too you'll need actual wheel covers, the Camco Vinyl Wheel and Tire Protectors part # CAM45248.
