Distance Between Mounting Holes on Curt 13271

Question:
Anyone have specs/dimensions on a Curt #13271 hitch? Looking for width of hitch that goes on outside of frame rails. The upper horizontal holes. Mine seems like its 1/4inch too narrow.

The distance between the mounting holes that go outside the frame rail on the # C13271 is 40.19". The distance between the mounting holes that go under the frame rail is 36.55".
