Will LaSalle Bristol Toilet Floor Flange Fit Pipe With 3-1/2" Outer Diameter

Question:
I have a pipe that has a 3.5inch OD and a 3inch ID, and need to get a flange that will fit, but the video with measurements shows the flange having the same OD and ID as my pipe. One of them needs to fit inside the other one, so what flange will fit this pipe?

The LaSalle Bristol Toilet Floor Flange for RV # 344633633 will fit over your existing pipe. The opening measures approximately 3-9/16" so it is just enough to slide over the outside of your pipe.
