Would this cover be compatible with the slot rail kit and Yakima Overhaul Kit with t-slot adapters? The feet of the Overhaul seem wide and might interfere with rolling the cover closed.

The TS rail kits do fit the Truxedo Sentry tonneau covers like the part # TX66SR that you referenced but we do not have a set that fits your 2021 Ford Ranger 5 foot bed so your best option would be a similar cover that has these slots built in like the RetraxONE XR part # RTT-60335 which then would allow you to use the Yakima OverHaul HD Ladder Rack part # Y01151-5855 which fits the channels of the Retrax with the included adapter.
