I have a 2021, Model 3 Tesla with a the glass roof. I also have the tesla roof rack. What model bike racks are compatible? I would like to purchase but need to ensure it will fit. Thanks.

I checked and all of Yakimas roof bike racks are a confirmed fit for the factory crossbars of your 2021 Tesla Model 3 with a glass roof but none of the Thule racks are.
So if you wanted a wheel mount that lets you keep the front wheel installed you could use the Yakima FrontLoader part # Y02103, or if you prefer a fork mount you could use the Forklift part # Y02098.
