The Swagman XC-Extended Bike Rack for 2 Recumbent Bikes # S64650-EXT will include both the XC # P189 and XTC # P318 wheel hoops.
We do carry the Swagman XC2 Bike Rack # S64650 that only come with the XC wheel hoops and you can later add the XTC Hoops # P318 later if you decide you need them.
