Will MORryde Motion Activated Light Strips Turn on When Descending Steps

Question:

Will the morryde step light light when you come down the stairs? Will they pre light the stairs or only come on after you stepped down?

The MORryde Motion Activated Light Strips for RV Steps # MR42AR would need to be in a location that your movement near it would cause it to activate. So if you wanted it to activate when you come down the stairs you'd need to put them in a location that would allow that which would be challenging so it might be better to have these in manual mode and just have them on all the time in the evenings.
