Expert Reply:
The Power Inverter 1000 Watts with Three AC Receptacles # WC3720 that you mention is going to be a bit too small to power your full size 115VAC refrigerator for 7-10 hours continuously.
Instead, I recommend checking out the:
-Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter - GFCI - 2,000 Watt - 12V # 34278156.
This inverter is rated for 12v battery systems, and will have more than enough power to power your full size refrigerator for 7-10 hours continuously.
Additionally, for batteries you're going to want to go with 2 12V batteries that are at least 200 amp hours each. When fully charged, those batteries should be able to operate and power the refrigerator for a full days worth before needing shore power.
