If you're receiving 12v at the iRV RV Stereo # IRV64FR but it still won't power up then you most likely have a blown fuse. The fuse hold is in-line with the wiring harness so if you were checking the power where it connects to the power wire from your trailer you wouldn't be able to see if the fuse was the issue.
I recommend checking the fuse to see if the inner wire between the two terminals is broken. If the fuse is blown you can replace it with a 15 amp fuse.
If the fuse is fine and you are receiving 12v power at the stereo then the next step is to check your ground. If you do not have a proper ground then the stereo will not function. If all the wiring is good then there is an internal issue with the stereo and you would have to replace it instead.
