The price for the Westin HDX Nerf Bars # 56-5345852 is for both the driver and passenger side nerf bars as well as all the needed hardware for the install.
Just as a side note, this will fit wheel to wheel on your 2010 Chevy Silverado 2500 or 3500 as long as you have the Crew Cab.
