Manufacturers do not list nearly any parts for their trailers so I can't say for sure that the Jensen Heavy Duty Outdoor Speaker # JEN93VR is a confirmed fit for your 2016 Jayco Greyhawk.
That being said you can simply remove the mounting screws for your current speakers and measure the cutout hole. This speaker requires a cutout hole 5" diameter x 2-1/4" deep. If you find your cutout hole is a different size then let me know and I can find the correct fit for you.
