Question:
Dear Sirs, Regarding the YAKIMA SkyBox series, I was wondering if you had any idea of what the largest capacity would be 14, 16, 18 or 21 ft that would fit on a 2011 Toyota Sienna and still allow the back/trunk door to open fully without the built-in OEM spoiler on the door bumping into the roof box. Thanks

The best way to determine which size cargo box will fit on your vehicle without interference with the rear hatch or spoiler interfering would be to take a few quick meaurements.
I have included a diagram that shows the measurements that Yakima provides to determine hatch interference on your vehicle. Please note that if your crossbars on your 2011 Sienna are adjustable you will want to move the front crossbar as far forward as possible to determine this distance needed to mount the cargo box. For the SkyBox series that you are looking at, the minimum distance needed would be 47 inches.
Once you have determined what the distance is from the front crossbar you can then choose the largest size cargo box that will fit on your vehicle.
If you would like the # HE4040 tire step is very helpful in both installing and loading your cargo box. This tire step fits a variety of tire sizes and is very sturdy, and folds flat for storage.
I have included a link to the part listed above, a video, a diagram showing the measurement that you will need to determine which cargo box will work best for you, and a helpful article for your reference.
