The Yakima CBX Rooftop Cargo Box # Y66FR is designed to fit most OEM crossbars. To determine the fitment of this on your 2022 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE you will need to take some measurements.
First you will need to measure the crossbar as this will fit a cross bar up to 1-11/16" tall and 3-1/2" wide. The crossbars must be spread 24"-36" apart and to ensure the rear hatch will have clearance you will need 45" from the center of the front crossbar to the line where roof and hatch meet on your RAV4.
If you are interested in the 18 Cubic Ft Box # Y86FR the crossbar spread needs to be 24-38" and 52-1/4" from the center of the front crossbar to the line where roof and hatch meet on your RAV4. It fits the same size crossbars.
