The Dexter Trailer Axle Beam with 4" Drop # 8327860 has the 95" hub face to hub face measurement that you are needing. You would need to remove the spring seats from the factory and add 2 new Seats # TRSS300 to the axle in the 78" center position you are needing. This particular axle is rated for 7,000lbs. If you are needing a different weight capacity please let me know.
